Zásilkovna

Delivery is possible to all outlets of the Zásilkovna (only smaller packages). The price for sending a parcel is 5 EUR, and 4 USD. The goods are shipped within 14 working days from the date of payment to the account. Within the Czech Republic, the package usually arrives in two days from the day of dispatch.

 

Czech Post
Shipping within the Czech Republic costs 95 CZK and within Slovakia also 95 CZK. Paid goods are shipped within a maximum of 4 working days from the day of crediting the payment to the account.

Within the Czech Republic, the package will usually arrive on the second day after dispatch, either by registered post or parcel to the Parcel Office.

 

Package still hasn't arrived?

The link to Track Your Shipment can be found in your package confirmation email. Sometimes it happens that the postman doesn't reach you at home, but at the same time he doesn't leave a notification about the parcel in your mailbox. In this case, we recommend you go to the post office, where in most cases the package is already stored and waiting to be collected.
